GO Fanzines

Click on the image above for a closer look.
We recently found and fell in love with GO, who create fanzines that reflect the aesthetic of Sheffield. Taken from their website: “We are not interested in retail per square foot or mixed use developments. We have no time for buzzwords. Our cities aren’t fresh or luxury or sexy. They are much more than that. This is about a city’s soul.” Read and find out more on their website.
Remake Photo Project

Adobe and popular creative blog Booooooom recently announced their Remake photo project, a competition in which photographers are invited to ‘remake’ a work of classic art as a photograph.

The results have in some cases brought a new insight into classic works of art, often with a hint of humour, and always with integrity. What’s really interesting about the project is how peoples views of these classic artworks differ to our how we originally interpreted that piece of work. Take a look at more submissions here.
